About the Internship
Arova Recruitment Solutions is looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to assist with our end-to-end hiring process. This role is ideal for students who want real HR exposure and hands-on knowledge of recruitment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1: Source candidates from job portals, social media & internal databases
2: Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
3: Schedule interviews and maintain daily recruitment trackers
4: Coordinate with the HR team for follow-ups
5: Assist in JD creation, job postings, and basic HR documentation
6: Learn end-to-end recruitment processes used in a real HR department
