Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source and screen resumes from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
2. Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit.
3. Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
