About the Internship
The Knowledge Management and Research Intern will be an active member of the Knowledge Management & Research team providing optimal client solutions through in-depth market intelligence, industry & talent research (search, mapping, pre-research) to facilitate the search of key positions in a wide range of industries. This would include a balance between speed of delivery and quality content aggregation of information, data and analysis.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct primary and secondary research on senior and leadership talent acquisition using public data, authorized access resources, and cold-calling/ID techniques to identify key skills and competencies across industry verticals.
2. Develop recruitment strategies and identify target businesses and sectors for candidate sourcing.
3. Source, collate, and validate market intelligence from diverse channels such as electronic media, print, internet, webinars, and conferences.
4. Capture, analyze, update, and upload data into the company’s data reservoir ecosystem, ensuring clean structure and accessibility.
5. Ensure continuous data integrity and accuracy through verification and system upgrades.
6. Draft executive summaries for existing and prospective clients, detailing business descriptions, facts and figures, competitor profiles, organizational structures, and reference assignments.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and individuals to identify, document, and manage critical organizational knowledge and information assets.
8. Monitor market developments, including competitor mapping and industry evolution studies, generating insights on top companies, trends, and emerging opportunities.
