Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct candidate sourcing and screening to identify qualified talent
2. Manage job ads and profiles to attract suitable applicants
3. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
4. Provide candidate support and enhance overall experience during the hiring process
5. Assist with visa processes and ensure compliance with regulations
6. Promote employer branding and perform outreach to expand talent networks
7. Perform market and regulatory research to guide recruitment strategies
8. Support processes and prepare reports to improve recruitment efficiency
