About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source potential candidates through online channels and networking events
2. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for different roles
3. Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
4. Manage candidate databases and keep track of recruitment activities
5. Support in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
6. Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
7. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the recruitment process
