About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:- Sourcing Candidates through different Job portals, Referrals, Social Networking websites, Head hunting etc.
- Thoroughly screening and validating the profiles according to client requirements.
- Scheduling interviews for relevant candidates and follow up till the date of joining.
- Manage client, candidate co-ordination and maintain database.
- Responsibilities as & when required
