About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1) Help in Maintaining Client Deal Sheets: Update deal status trackers — from first contact to booking stage — for active leads, under the supervision of a senior executive.
2) Participate in Daily Pricing & Inventory Checks: Coordinate with the marketing team or builders to get updated pricing, offers, and inventory availability for listed projects.
3) Prepare Personalized Project Pitch Decks: Assist in customizing PowerPoint or PDF presentations for clients based on their preferences (location, budget, configuration).
4) Track Site Visit Outcomes & Buyer Interest Levels: Follow up internally with sales reps after site visits and document buyer feedback to improve future communication.
5) Attend Office-Based Client Walk-ins as Sales Support: Be present during project briefings and help with printing brochures, preparing booking forms, or managing hospitality for walk-in clients.
6) Prepare Follow-Up Schedules & Reminders: Maintain follow-up Excel sheets or CRM reminders for active prospects needing a second call, visit, or documentation.
