About the Internship
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Part-Time HR & Sales Intern to join our team. The role will involve supporting recruitment activities throughout the year and assisting with sales & customer engagement during peak festive periods (e.g., Dhanteras, Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya, Valentine’s Day).Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and social media groups.
2. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
3. Maintain and update a talent database for future hiring needs.
4. Follow up with candidates and assist in onboarding new joiners.
Sales & customer service support responsibilities during peak festive periods:
1. Assist store staff during rush days and festive seasons.
2. Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products.
3. Ensure smooth billing, packaging, and after-sales service when required.
