About the Internship
Develop and implement media relations strategies aimed at promoting our brand, products, and services.Foster relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to increase media coverage for our company and key personnel.
Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional material.
Manage all public relations activities, strategically positioning the company in the market.
Handle crisis management situations to mitigate potential damage to the company's reputation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Coordinate media requests and organize press conferences and other events.
Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage, using this data to inform future strategy.
Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring all content aligns with overall branding and marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply best practices in media relations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry.
Solid knowledge of media operations and expertise in public relations principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing complex, high-priority media relations issues.
Strong networking skills with a track record of building relationships with media representatives.
Experience in crisis management and brand reputation handling.
Exceptional skills in content management and development.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
