About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Attending team meetings, training sessions, and briefings.
2. Shadowing team members to understand workflows and processes.
3. Studying company materials, processes, and industry standards.
4. Completing assigned online courses or certifications.
5. Assisting with project tasks such as research, data collection, content drafting, and testing.
6. Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas.
7. Researching industry trends, competitors, and specific topics.
8. Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries.
9. Organizing project documentation and maintaining trackers.
10. Performing data entry, organization, and basic analysis in Excel/Google Sheets.
11. Assisting with meeting scheduling, calendar management, and logistics.
12. Preparing materials for meetings and presentations.
13. Drafting basic communications (emails, internal updates).
14. Supporting daily operational tasks such as report generation and meeting preparation.
15. Learning and utilizing relevant tools/software as required.
16. Providing regular progress updates to the assigned mentor/manager.
17. Taking initiative to identify improvements and contribute to team goals.
