About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Client Interaction & Appointment Setting
1. • Respond to inbound queries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or website/chat channels.
2. • Reach out to new leads generated from campaigns, expos, digital sources, and offline teams.
3. • Fix appointments for product demos or sales meetings.
4. • Represent Dit’o with warmth, professionalism, and clarity in every conversation.
B. Lead Generation & Prospecting
1. • Identify potential clients across corporates, hotels, cafés, caterers, restaurants, and coworking spaces.
2. • Initiate contact via outbound emails and follow-up calls to explore interest.
3. • Maintain lead data and status updates in the CRM.
C. Needs Analysis & Trust Building
1. • Understand the client's pain points related to coffee/beverage services.
2. • Share the Dit'o advantage: quality, convenience, aesthetics, and operational simplicity.
3. • Give them the confidence that Dit’o can solve their needs—no matter the size of their business.
D. Lead Qualification & Handover
1. • Qualify leads based on parameters like interest, budget, need, and timeline.
2. • Share detailed notes, pain points, and lead context with the field sales team.
3. • Track each interaction diligently and follow up as needed.
E. Reporting & Insights
1. • Maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and progress in CRM tools.
2. • Share weekly insights on objections, interest trends, and conversion bottlenecks.
3. • Collaborate with marketing to improve FAQs, emailers, and lead messaging.
