About the Internship
We are looking for passionate educators who believe that leadership and wisdom can be nurtured from a young age. As a Leadership Teacher, you will work with a batch of students (Grade 4) for 1 hour a day, 5 days a week, teaching both academic subjects and leadership principles drawn from ancient Indian knowledge systems. We will support you with curriculum, IT and Admin Support along with Marketing.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1- Teach academic subjects aligned with school-level curriculum (NCERT/CBSE standard)
2- Integrate leadership lessons using Indian wisdom in every session
3- Design engaging, story-driven, interactive classroom experiences
4- Track student progress using the provided tools
5- Attend monthly training and supervision sessions
6- Collaborate with your supervisor for curriculum delivery and mentorship
