About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and job descriptions for IT and technical positions.
2. Source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of roles.
3. Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
4. Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to attract and engage candidates.
5. Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
8. Stay updated on IT hiring trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
