About the Internship
INTERIOR DESIGNER - PROJECT MANAGER [Short Term Project - 2 months]We are in the final phase of an ongoing residential renovation project and are looking for an assistant interior designer/project manager to help us complete it smoothly and efficiently.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with interior design execution and coordination with the client
2. Daily site supervision and progress tracking
3. Coordinate between multiple vendor/worker teams (carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.)
4. Update the client on progress, issues, and new requirements regularly
5. Visit stores and procure design samples (laminates, tiles, lighting, hardware, etc.)
6. Accompany clients for material selection and shop visits
7. Maintain a task tracker/checklist and ensure timely completion of each stage
8. Help manage basic measurements, layout confirmations, and design follow-through
9. Capture photos/videos of the site for updates/documentation
