About the Internship
We are looking for an enthusiastic Outreach Specialist to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for generating Leads, demonstrating the Product, negotiating with prospective Clients, closing deals over the phone or visiting on-site across North India, and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective Outreach Specialist must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products and services in person (On-site) or over Video Calls, as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The Goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service
2. Cold call or reach out to leads through various channels to create sales opportunities
3. Answer basic-level questions about products or the company
4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements, negotiate pricing based on inputs from the sales head, and close deals
5. Maintain accurate customer information and progress in the CRM
6. Take and process orders accurately
7. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline
8. Handle grievances professionally to preserve the company’s reputation
9. Keep detailed records of calls, visits, and sales, and note useful information
10. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
11. Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business and enable year-on-year subscription renewals.
