About the Internship
As an Inside Sales intern at Al-Hadaya, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in English proficiency, client interaction, customer support, customer acquisition, and client relationship management (CRM).Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying potential customers and reaching out to them through various communication channels.
2. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and closing deals.
4. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
5. Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and promote customer loyalty.
6. Assist in conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding our customer base.
7. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of inside sales.
