About the Internship
We are looking for interns for our presales team; it will be an internship + job vacancy. The internship period might be between 3 to 6 months.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand customer needs and demonstrate products according to enterprise customers/tier 1-2 partners
2. Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Share demo insights with inside sales/sales/implementation team after demo, highlighting client-specific process/requirements
4. Update LMS and demo status/remarks as needed
5. Work on competitor and product research and study
