About the Internship
Key Responsibilities:- Design, launch, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns tailored for YouTube, Instagram, MOJ, ShareChat, X, and Facebook, ensuring strong brand alignment and audience engagement.
- Develop campaign proposals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks; track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using social analytics tools.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and digital teams to amplify reach and drive platform growth.
- Research, identify, and onboard influencers/content creators who resonate with News2Day Telugu’s audience and values.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors across platforms.
- Negotiate campaign deliverables, contracts, budgets, and timelines.
- Work with influencers to guide content creation and ensure compliance with brand voice, guidelines, and legal standards.
- Coordinate cross-promotional initiatives and influencer-led product launches.
- Monitor evolving trends in influencer marketing, content formats, and social media to keep News2Day Telugu’s collaborations innovative and competitive.
- Document campaign results, prepare analytical reports, and optimize strategies for improved ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer or social media marketing; proven record of successful influencer campaigns preferable.
- Solid understanding of YouTube, Instagram, MOJ, ShareChat, X, Facebook influencer ecosystems.
- Proficiency in campaign analytics, data-driven optimization, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and an ability to strategize for dynamic digital audiences.
- Telugu and English language skills preferred.
- Knowledge of legal/disclosure requirements and best practices in influencer marketing.
