About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Based on brand positioning and target audience, identify matching influencers/KOLs/amateurs (across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram).
2. Evaluate the authenticity of influencer data (follower profile, engagement rate, content tone, business partnership history, etc.) to mitigate the risk of inflated traffic.
3. Responsible for negotiating with influencers/agency the form of collaboration (product promotion, content placement, co-branding, etc.), fees, and rights terms.
4. Sign contracts and clearly define delivery standards (content direction, release schedule, data metrics, etc.).
5. Coordinate with internal teams (design, product, and legal) to provide influencer-specific materials (product materials, brief templates, etc.).
6. Monitor the progress of collaborative content releases to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
7. Develop influencer content strategies (themes, formats, and communication cadence) based on brand marketing milestones (new product launches, major sales events, etc.).
8. Provide creative direction recommendations and assist influencers in optimizing content scripts, balancing commercial viability and user appeal.
9. Manage the content review process to ensure compliance with platform rules and advertising laws (e.g., labeling "advertisement").
10. Track partnership data (impressions, engagement rates, conversion rates, ROI, etc.) and generate analytical reports.
11. Adjust strategies based on data feedback (e.g., changing partners, optimizing content formats).
12. Monitor the marketing trends of competing influencers and provide differentiated recommendations.
13. Establish a database of long-term influencer partners and manage them in tiers (S/A/B-level KOLs).
14. Regularly maintain influencer relationships (by offering holiday gifts, invitations to offline events, etc.) to increase repeat purchase rates.
15. Discover potential outsiders and cultivate a brand-owned influencer matrix.
16. Cooperate with the e-commerce team to ensure a smooth flow of influencer sales (commission settlement, inventory synchronization, etc.).
17. Cooperate with the public relations team to address public opinion risks arising from influencer collaborations.
18. Assist the finance department in completing expense reimbursement and budget control.
