About the Internship
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR administration intern to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR administration, training coordination, recruitment, and digital marketing of training programs.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Training coordination:
1. Assist in organizing and scheduling internal and external training programs.
2. Maintain training calendars and participant records.
3. Coordinate with trainers, employees, and vendors for seamless training execution.
B. Online marketing of training courses:
1. Promote training courses through social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital marketing tools.
2. Assist in creating content for marketing materials (posts, flyers, newsletters, etc.).
3. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
C. Recruitment support:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
2. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
3. Maintain and update recruitment databases.
D. Query handling & admin support:
1. Respond to employee and candidate queries via email or phone.
2. Support in maintaining HR documentation and records.
3. Assist in other administrative tasks as required by the HR team.
