About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracker
Draft and post job descriptions across multiple job boards
Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit
Prepare recruitment-related reports and documentation
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of internship experience in recruitment preferred
