About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern with recruitment knowledge at MoonProduct, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of talent acquisition and contribute to the growth of our dynamic team. Your key responsibilities will include:1. Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Participating in interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
3. Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
4. Managing candidate pipelines and tracking progress through our applicant tracking system.
5. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
6. Supporting HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement and retention.
7. Collaborating with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
