About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and college outreach.
2. Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling.
3. Add new interns to relevant groups and facilitate introductions.
4. Generate reports on hiring and onboarding status.
5. Collect and verify candidate documents and timesheets.
6. Conduct weekly intern check-ins and track progress via AT/BT sheets.
7. Organize engagement activities and address intern concerns.
8. Coordinate HR meetings, share policies, and manage communications.
9. Handle conflict resolution with a smart, elegant, and balanced approach, ensuring that each individual’s concerns are addressed fairly and every party gains equal advantage.
10. Maintain a tight workflow plan and process, enabling smooth task management and equal distribution of responsibilities.
11. Conduct routine review exercises every 15 days to ensure processes run in a loop and remain consistent.
12. Manage intense workloads in a calm, kind, and informative manner, ensuring clarity and efficiency in execution.
