About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment — including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
2. Maintaining and updating intern and employee databases, attendance, and performance tracking sheets.
3. Coordinating onboarding and documentation for new interns/employees.
4. Supporting in drafting offer letters, certificates, and HR-related communications.
5. Helping plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
6. Managing HR-related queries and supporting the HR manager in daily operations
