Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting leadership in framing policies and developing talent strategies.
2. Supporting the implementation of hiring activities by sourcing candidates and building a hiring pool.
3. Execution of employee engagement efforts, including organizing office events.
4. Managing HR communications to ensure clear and effective messaging.
5. Contributing to generalist HR activities and assisting with office administration tasks.
