About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in day-to-day recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
2. Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
3. Help maintain and update employee records and HR trackers
4. Assist in HR operations
5. Support employee engagement initiatives
6. Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements
7. Prepare basic HR reports and MIS as required
