Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Candidate communication: Conduct initial phone screenings and follow-up calls with candidates to confirm interview schedules, share role details, and address any inquiries.
2. Maintaining and updating trackers: Regularly update recruitment and employee data trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on candidates, interview stages, and onboarding statuses.
3. Task management and completion: Complete assigned tasks on time, including interview coordination, document verification, and assisting with onboarding processes to support the HR team's efficiency.
These responsibilities help the intern contribute to smooth recruitment and HR operations.
