About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Orgro Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while utilizing your expertise in payroll, written and spoken English proficiency, and MS-Excel skills.Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accuracy in employee compensation.

3. Assisting in recruitment processes, including reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
4. Assisting in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
5. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Generating reports and conducting data analysis using MS-Excel.
7. Providing support to HR team members in various administrative tasks.
