About the Internship
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Transsion Holdings (Infinix Mobiles, Tecno Mobiles & Itel Mobiles), you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting top talent for our dynamic company. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in MS-Excel will also be valuable in maintaining and organizing recruitment data.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Update and maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
4. Assist in creating job postings and marketing material to attract candidates
5. Support in organizing recruitment events and career fairs
6. Conduct market research to identify new recruitment strategies and trends
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the recruitment process
