About the Internship
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources? Siddharth Kumar Company is seeking a dynamic HR intern with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written), as well as proficiency in MS-Word and MS-Excel. As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and assist with various projects and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and screening candidates
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials
3. Assisting with employee relations activities, such as organizing team-building events
4. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
5. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations
6. Supporting HR team with various administrative tasks and projects
7. Providing support for HR initiatives and programs, such as training and development opportunities
