About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, such as pulse surveys, team connects,
and feedback cycles
•Contributing to the enhancement of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through:
o Internal campaigns and storytelling
o Designing and running in-house contests, posters, and engagement content
o Drafting and curating content for social media platforms with focus on our EVP
• Conducting market benchmarking for critical, identified roles to support talent and
compensation strategy
2. Preparing data-drivendecks and visual summaries using insights from engagement
surveys and feedback.
You’ll also be exposed to a wide range of day-to-day People Ops tasks, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how HR drives culture and performance in a high-growth organisation.
