5. Assist with training and development programs, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives and performance management processes.
7. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to gain a well-rounded understanding of HR functions.
