Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
3. Assist with employee relations initiatives, including conducting surveys and analyzing feedback.
4. Help organize and coordinate training and development programs for staff members.
5. Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, contributing creative ideas and solutions to challenges.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
