About the Internship

Join us at QuestXL as a Human Resources intern!As an HR intern at QuestXL, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the HR field. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and training, you will play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Assist with employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
4. Help coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees on various HR topics.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
6. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
7. Utilize MS-Excel, MS-Word, and other MS-Office tools to create reports and document HR activities.
