Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
4. Maintain and update the candidate database.
5. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.
