About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source potential job candidates organically using free job boards, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
2. Screen and shortlist candidates as per the job requirements shared.
3. Conduct telephonic screening to assess communication skills, eligibility, and job readiness.
4. Share daily status updates and maintain an organized tracker of leads and submissions.
5. Ensure a minimum target of 5 quality hires per week.
6. Coordinate with shortlisted candidates and follow up until the final interview is completed.
7. Promote optional services like resume building and soft-skills training, where applicable.
