About the Internship

3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
4. Conducting background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings
5. Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback
6. Assisting with onboarding new hires and facilitating orientation sessions
7. Providing support with other HR projects and initiatives as needed
