About the Internship
As a Fundraiser at Empower Ananya, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by supporting our mission to empower first-gen learners, especially women, with skills, scholarships, and digital access. Your role will involve utilizing your effective communication and marketing skills to help raise funds for our programs. Fundraisers will receive a success fee of 10% of funds raised.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating and implementing fundraising strategies
2. Research potential donors and sponsors
3. Assist with planning and organizing fundraising events
4. Develop fundraising materials and communications
5. Manage donor databases and track donations
6. Provide support for grant writing and reporting efforts
