Role Description

We’re looking for a Front-End Developer who is passionate about building intuitive user interfaces and translating product ideas into smooth, functional experiences.

Your role involves developing and maintaining front-end components, collaborating with designers and backend teams, and ensuring that our platforms are visually consistent, responsive, and user-centric.

This role is ideal for early-career developers who enjoy design-to-code work, care about user experience, and want to grow in a product-driven environment.

The initial two months will be an internship period after which high performers will be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a competitive compensation package aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Develop reusable components and front-end features
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
UI Implementation & UX Support

• Convert design mockups (Figma/Canva) into functional interfaces
• Maintain visual consistency across platforms
• Implement animations, transitions, and micro-interactions where needed
• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices
Collaboration & Integration

• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams
• Integrate APIs and backend services into the front end
• Participate in reviews, testing, and iteration cycles
• Debug and fix UI-related issues
Documentation & Code Quality

• Write clean, readable, and well-documented code
• Maintain component libraries and style guides
• Follow best practices for version control and collaboration
• Assist in improving front-end workflows and standards
