About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in designing garments, sketching ideas, and developing basic tech packs.
Work closely with the Masterji to supervise garment construction, fittings, and quality checks.
2. Visit local markets for fabric sourcing, trim selection, and sampling.
3. Maintain day-to-day inventory of fabrics, trims, and finished garments.
4. Help streamline production timelines and ensure smooth coordination.
5. Support photoshoots - styling, steaming, coordinating models, props, and on-set tasks.
6. Contribute to content planning for Instagram & other social platforms.
7. Assist with shooting content (phone + camera), including BTS, reels, and campaign snippets.
8. Manage social media posting schedules, captions, and on-time updates.
9. Monitor insights, trends, and competitor content to suggest creative engagement ideas.
10. Handle basic office admin tasks and support daily workflow.
