About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Campaign setup & management:
1. Launch and manage Facebook + Instagram campaigns (Meta suite).
2. Implement ad structures and settings as per the strategy provided (audiences, placements, budgets).
3. Set up and troubleshoot Facebook Pixel and Conversion API for accurate tracking.
4. Ensure all campaigns align with the funnel setup (landing pages, lead forms).
B. Creative research & suggestions:
1. Research competitor ads, trends, and winning hooks to suggest new creatives.
2. Provide input on ad copy, visuals, and formats to improve CTR and CPL.
3. Coordinate with me (and designer if needed) for fast creative iterations.
C. Performance monitoring & optimization:
1. Check campaign performance daily and flag issues (CPL spikes, disapprovals, delivery issues).
2. Make basic optimizations (budget shifts, pausing underperformers) as instructed.
3. Maintain proper naming conventions and organize campaigns for clarity.
D. Reporting & communication:
1. Share daily updates on key metrics via WhatsApp (AI-generated reports can be used).
2. Communicate with clients if needed- updates, follow-ups, and basic clarifications.
3. Keep me updated on tasks completed, pending issues, and performance insights.
E. Collaboration & execution:
1. Work closely with me on strategy execution- follow exact instructions for testing and scaling.
2. Use HighLevel for funnel integrations and Slack for team communication.
3. Be proactive in flagging potential issues (ad disapprovals, pixel errors, budget pacing).
F. Ad hoc tasks:
1. Assist in setting up new client accounts (BM, ad accounts, pixel integrations).
2. Handle small technical fixes related to ad delivery (CAPI setup, domain verification).
3. Support new campaign launches, product updates, and ad testing cycles.
