About the Internship
As an Executive Assistant to the CEO intern at SyncUp, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with top leadership while gaining valuable experience in program management, human resources, and management. Your proficiency in Google Sheets, English, and Hindi spoken language skills will be essential in supporting day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the CEO in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
2. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the executive team
3. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English and Hindi
4. Support HR functions, including onboarding, training, and employee relations
5. Coordinate and manage projects to ensure timely completion and success
6. Collaborate with various departments to drive organizational goals and objectives
7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
