About the Internship
As an event management intern at Rotaract Club Of Delhi Nexus, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting events and projects. Your proficiency in MS Office, spoken English, and event management skills will be put to the test as you assist with planning, organizing, and executing successful events. Your written English skills will also come in handy as you help create promotional materials and communicate with vendors and sponsors.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the planning and coordination of events
2. Managing guest lists and RSVPs
3. Creating event timelines and schedules
4. Liaising with vendors and suppliers
5. Assisting with on-site event management and logistics
6. Providing support with post-event follow-ups and evaluations
7. Contributing creative ideas for future events
