About the Internship
Job title: Guest registration & assistance coordinatorEvent: 550th Anniversary Celebrations- Shree Samsthan Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Math, Canacona, Goa
Duration: 27th November – 7th December (no program on 1st December)
We are seeking candidates to manage guest registration and on-ground assistance during the 550th anniversary celebrations at the Math. The role involves welcoming guests, managing registration counters, providing directions and information, assisting VIPs and donors, and ensuring a smooth visitor experience throughout the 10-day celebration.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle on-site registration and check-in of guests and devotees.
2. Coordinate with the organizing team for guest arrivals, seating, and event flow.
3. Assist VIP guests, donors, and visiting dignitaries as directed.
4. Provide guidance to attendees regarding schedules, locations, and facilities at the Math.
5. Maintain visitor records and assist in daily coordination tasks.
