About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Event Scouting & Planning:
1. Identify and evaluate relevant events, flea markets, and pop-ups across Bangalore.
2. Build a calendar of high-impact events and collaborations.
B. Curation of BONOMI Events:
1. Plan and execute in-house BONOMI events such as tasting sessions, workshops, and brand experiences.
2. Bring creative ideas to craft unique brand-led experiences that align with BONOMI’s positioning.
C. Event Operations & Execution:
1. Handle end-to-end event logistics including vendor management, permissions, equipment, staffing, and on-ground execution.
2. Ensure smooth setup and operations during events with strong attention to timelines and brand presentation.
D. Stakeholder Collaboration:
1. Work closely with cafe operations, marketing, supply chain, and design teams to deliver successful events.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related internal and external communication.
E. Post-event Analysis:
1. Track event performance, generate reports, and gather insights to refine future event strategies.
