About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. E-Commerce Platform Management:
Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon).
Manage product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
Ensure the website is user-friendly, functional, and visually appealing.
2. Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
3. Customer Experience:
Monitor and improve the customer journey from browsing to check out and post-purchase.
Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
4. Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze website traffic, sales data, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and recommend improvements.
5. Inventory and Logistics:
Coordinate with inventory management to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Collaborate with logistics teams to manage order fulfillment and shipping processes.
6. Vendor and Partner Management:
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
Evaluate and select tools and technologies to enhance e-commerce operations.
