About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Digital asset organization:
1. Manage and sort digital media assets for multi-team usage across the organization
2. Organize and create folder structures based on specific team requirements and workflows
3. Implement versioning protocols and filter out unnecessary files/folders to maintain system efficiency
4. Upload media files according to established organizational structure and naming conventions
B. Network-attached storage (NAS) management:
1. Assign NAS access rights based on applications, shows, and user roles
2. Transfer backup files from external drives to the NAS system
3. Ensure required files are readily available to onsite team members
4. Monitor and maintain optimal storage utilization
C. User access and security management:
1. Create user logins and assign appropriate role-based permissions
2. Establish groups aligned with business unit structures
3. Set up login credentials for external vendors and contractors
4. Maintain the user access database and ensure security protocols are followed
D. Content sharing and distribution
1. Create photo albums and generate shareable links for respective teams
2. Coordinate media file distribution according to project requirements
3. Ensure proper access controls for shared content
E. Quality control and communication:
1. Monitor NAS uploads and identify non-related or inappropriate files
2. Inform relevant stakeholders when unauthorized or irrelevant content is detected
3. Maintain communication with teams regarding file availability and access issues
4. Document and report any system irregularities or security concerns
