About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Support daily CRM operations including lead tracking, segmentation and data entry.
2. Assist in setting up and executing automated workflows, campaigns and reminders.
3. Monitor student activity and engagement across touchpoints.
4. Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects and customer interactions.
5. Help analyze CRM data to generate insights on conversion, retention and engagement.
6. Collaborate with teams to resolve queries and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Contribute to documentation, reporting and optimization of CRM processes.
