About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote our digital marketing products and services.
2. Handling inbound calls from customers to address their queries and provide assistance.
3. Updating and maintaining customer databases using MS-Excel for efficient record-keeping.
4. Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
6. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
7. Providing regular feedback to the management team on customer interactions and market insights.
