About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. SOP Drafting and Editing: Primarily focusing on drafting, reviewing, and editing Statements ofPurpose (SOPs) for students applying to universities abroad.
2. Understanding student profiles, academic backgrounds, and career goals.
3. Structuring compelling and personalized SOPs that highlight student strengths and motivations.
4. Ensuring clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy in all SOP drafts.
5. Adhering to specific university requirements and guidelines for SOPs.
6. Providing constructive feedback and revisions based on internal reviews.
7. Content Creation: Researching, writing, and editing high-quality content for various platforms,including but not limited to blog posts and articles on study abroad destinations, universities, courses, application processes, visa information, student life, and career opportunities.
8. Website content (landing pages, program descriptions, FAQs).
9. Social media posts and engaging content for different platforms.
10. Emailers and newsletters for student outreach.
11. Brochures, guides, and other marketing materials.
12. Video scripts and webinar content.
13. Infographics and presentations (textual content).
14. SEO Optimization: Incorporating relevant keywords and SEO best practices in written content to improve online visibility.
15. Research: Conducting thorough research on educational trends, universities, courses, and related topics.
16. Collaboration: Working closely with the counseling and other teams to understand student profiles and content requirements.
17. Content Calendar Management: Assisting in planning and adhering to the content calendar and meeting deadlines.
18. Proofreading and Editing: Ensuring all written content is error-free, grammatically correct, and adheres to the company's style guide.
19. Content Repurposing: Identifying opportunities to repurpose existing content for different formats and platforms.
20. Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing the performance of content and suggesting improvements.
21. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest trends in content writing, digital marketing, and the overseas education sector.
